Full disclosure: I’ve fallen back in love with baths. The older I get, the more I want to take care of my body and nothing beats a long soak in the tub with epsom salts after a tough workout (aka keeping up with my kids and their endless energy). Don’t get me wrong, showers are wonderful. But there’s something so satisfying about taking the time to soak, relax, and enjoy a really beautiful piece of calm.
